i stayed in this wonderful hotel for 7 days, had really good experience, thoroughly enjoyed its comfortable location really close to a pleasant inner courtyard garden, the centre and many local restaurants. my room included a seating area and a writing table. the staff was easy going and friendly, i'm grateful for their help.

Perfect base for exploring Bangkok. A traditional hotel with great food. Nice location in the heart of town. Lots of food options relatively close to the venue. Minutes away from a bus stop, easy to get around.

I was traveling with my brother and overall it was wonderful and quiet hotel. Affable staff, answered all questions. The location was marvellous and stunning there, in a cool neighborhood. The restaurant was not too far away from the property.

stayed in bkk before but villa guest house was a pleasant surprise! lovely garden to relax, friendly owner, vintage vibe. beds were a bit hard but didn't bother me. overall great stay!
